It is regretted that no refunds can be given if guests depart prior to the end of the booked holiday.
Any damages must be paid for.
Dogs are welcome on the strict understanding that they are kept on the lead at all times on the campsite.
Any dog foul must be cleared up by the person responsible for the dog and put in the dog bins provided.
Dogs must not be left unattended in tents or on the campsite.
Minimal noise is requested on the campsite between 10pm and 7am for the benefit and respect of the local community and other campers.
The campsite owners do not hold themselves liable for any injury, loss or damage to person or property.
No monies are refundable in the event of cancellation. We advise that you take out the appropriate holiday insurance.
The size of your unit, including any tents, gazebos, etc. must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure that the allocated pitch is large enough.
We will do our best to allocate your favoured pitch but due to any unforeseen circumstances this cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that should you wish to extend your stay beyond the booked dates there is no guarantee that the same pitch will be available.
Pitches are available from 1pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00pm on the day of your departure otherwise an additional night’s pitch fee may be charged.
Please adhere to the pitching instructions given on arrival.
Barbecues and stoves should be raised off the ground to protect the grass.
No washing of caravans, motor-homes and cars on site.
Anyone who is in breach of any of the terms and conditions will be asked to leave after fair warning. No refunds will be applicable.
In accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority’s ‘Drone Code,’ drones cannot be flown within 50 metres of a person, vehicle or structure not under the control of the pilot, nor can they take off or land where the pilot does not have landowner’s permission to do so. The use of drones at our campsite is strictly prohibited.
We cannot allow kites to be flown on site as they may cause damage to tents or caravans on their descent. We do allow soft ball games to be played on site provide they are away from any occupied pitches.
1 car/vehicle is allowed per booking. Extra cars are charged at £4.00 per night, per car to minimise the impact on our carbon footprint.
The campsite is not liable for refunds or expenses you may incur in the event that we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or similar events (“Force Majeure”). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place in the event this happens.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on all bookings to be paid at the time of booking. If you wish to pay for your booking in full, this is also accepted.
Balance of payment is due 14 days before arrival. No monies are refundable in the event of cancellation after this period. We advise that you take out the appropriate holiday insurance.
